Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 3, 2026
Solvr, Inc. (“Solvr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Home Care Engine and the website at https://homecareengine.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit the Site, request a demo, book a meeting, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and its marketing and scheduling experience. It does not replace the terms, privacy notices, or business-associate agreement that may apply when Solvr provides services to a customer under a separate written agreement.
1. Who We Are
Solvr, Inc. is a Florida corporation. You may contact us about this Privacy Policy at:
Solvr, Inc.
3225 McLeod Dr., Suite 100
Las Vegas, NV 89121
privacy@gosolvr.com
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you request information or book a meeting, we may collect:
- name;
- work email address;
- business phone number;
- organization, job title, and business information;
- preferred meeting date, time, and time zone; and
- information you choose to include in a message or booking note.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:
- IP address;
- browser, device, and operating-system information;
- pages viewed, links selected, referring pages, and approximate location derived from IP address;
- dates, times, and duration of visits; and
- cookie, advertising, and similar online identifiers.
Advertising and analytics information
We use Google Analytics and standard Google Ads conversion measurement to understand Site traffic and measure advertising performance. These services may use cookies, comparable technologies, and online identifiers to collect or receive information about your interaction with the Site. If you arrive through a Google advertisement, Google may use an advertising click identifier to help measure whether an advertising interaction resulted in a visit or conversion activity.
We may use Google’s Enhanced Conversions feature. Where we do, information you provide through a form on the Site — such as your email address — is converted into an irreversible, one-way hash before it is transmitted to Google, so that Google can attribute a conversion to an advertising interaction without receiving that information in readable form. We use Google Ads remarketing audiences. When you visit the Site, Google may associate an identifier with your browser or device and add it to an audience list, and we may later show you Solvr advertisements on Google Search, YouTube, and other properties in the Google network. These audiences are built from Site activity such as pages viewed, and are used to reach business audiences interested in marketing services for hospice, home health, and home care agencies. They are not built from, and we do not provide Google with, health information about you or anyone in your care.
You can control this advertising through Google’s Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com and through your browser’s cookie controls.
We do not currently use Google Signals or Customer Match in connection with the Site.
3. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to your request or schedule and manage a meeting;
- communicate with you about Home Care Engine, Solvr, or a requested service;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
- understand Site usage and advertising performance;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Text messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from Solvr — by checking the consent box on a Site form or by texting a keyword to a Solvr number — we will send text messages about your request or booking (or, for Solvr team members, operational notifications). Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP or emailing support@gosolvr.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any product or service from Solvr. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile telephone number or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messages are sent through our messaging provider, HighLevel / LeadConnector, which processes them on our behalf.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate the Site and provide requested services, including:
- HighLevel / LeadConnector, which provides the embedded scheduling and customer-relationship-management functionality;
- Google, for analytics, standard advertising-conversion measurement, and advertising audiences;
- website hosting, security, and content-delivery providers; and
- professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
We may also disclose information in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, where permitted by law.
We do not exchange personal information for money.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site and its service providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential Site functions, security, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality or the accuracy of certain measurement features.
6. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information;
- provide access to, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you;
- provide a portable copy of certain information where applicable; or
- opt out of marketing communications.
To make a privacy request, email privacy@gosolvr.com with the subject line Privacy Request. We may need to verify your identity and may limit or decline a request where permitted by applicable law. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages. We may still send operational messages such as meeting confirmations, calendar invitations, or security notices when necessary.
7. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, manage the business relationship, operate and improve the Site, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. The appropriate retention period depends on the nature of the information and why we collected it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Health Information and HIPAA
The Site is a marketing and business-development website for hospice and home-care organizations. It is not intended as a clinical-care channel or patient portal.
In the course of providing services to a customer, Solvr may act as a business associate under a written business-associate agreement. Any HIPAA obligations applicable to those services are governed by the relevant customer agreement and business-associate agreement.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@gosolvr.com so we can address the matter.
11. United States Use
The Site and its advertising are intended for users in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Site or by other appropriate means.
